SENTENO NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AT AGENCY A LA CARTE

Jacksonville, Fla., January 17, 2017 – Kelly Hebert Senteno has been named Vice President, Sales and Business Development at Agency a la Carte, Northeast Florida’s leading staffing and recruiting firm specializing in marketing communications and creative services. In her new role, Senteno will be taking a leadership position in the company, helping to chart strategy for the firm’s future growth.

“I searched for years for the right person to lead this company in the 21st Century,” said Mary B. Harvey, founder and CEO of Agency a la Carte. “I am confident that Kelly Senteno is the person for the job.

“Kelly and I are much alike in many respects, both personally and in our approaches to the recruiting business. She has a great instinct for the custom matchmaking philosophy of recruiting this agency is built on. Her ability to see past the clients’ job descriptions and the candidates’ resumes to ferret out the characteristics of the people involved comes naturally. This transition over the years ahead will be a very smooth one.”

Senteno joined Agency a la Carte in 2014 as Executive Recruiter and Special Projects Director after working in the advertising and marketing industry for almost 20 years. In Jacksonville, she has held posts at Dalton Agency and ruckus advertising + public relations as well as working on the client side at Optigen, now part of Lincare, and Solantic, now Care Spot. In addition, Senteno and her husband, were partners in the development of a successful business abroad.

Agency a la Carte was founded in 1994 and serves clients in Northeast Florida, the Southeastern, Mid-Atlantic and the Mid-Western U.S. The company specializes in marketing communications and creative services staffing and recruiting and has been named to the Business Journal’s Book of Lists Top Employment Agencies, Top Temporary Staffing Agencies and Top Women Owned Businesses for multiple years. http://agencyalacarte.com
