Listening carefully to clients and to candidates means each job is more than just a list of qualifications. The Agency a la Carte approach allows founder Mary Harvey to serve as a career matchmaker who finds an ideal fit between client job and creative talent.
Mary offers staffing, recruiting, and consulting for marketing communications clients in a wide range of industries. Her twenty years of recruiting experience pivots on an appreciation for fitting the right candidate into a role. And her extensive connections to screened, vetted, proven, well-qualified candidates offers clients efficient, tailored hiring solutions for their short-term assignments and long-term needs.

Businesses seek Mary Harvey’s expertise when they’re looking for designers, directors, writers, executives, coders, managers, and public relations freelancers, as well as to fill staff marketing and advertising roles in Fortune 500 companies, ad agencies, and small businesses.

Mary cheerfully welcomes these clients and reassures them that she will find that elusive person who fits, pulling from her networks of connections to introduce these clients to their ideal candidates—but never outsourcing to search engines, automated resume software, or headhunters she’s never met. Hiring with Agency a la Carte is the best and most efficient way to fill a job because from finance to technology and professional services, Mary knows the look, feel, and sound of success.
